Interesting because he was on a Triumph in the pic he is posing with. And the identification number is a California Special Construction Number assigned by the DMV. To be legit there would be a blue tag on the frame as well as the motor. That means that California does not recognize it as a Harley, just a special construction motorcycle.
Sure do not see 100K bike in the pic though to start the bid.
