i have a friends 68 Electra glide in my garage, his high beam indicator light has been moved to the fork area it works as it should. But the high light on the dash that's next to the neutral light randomly comes on. Is this a charging issue?

 

On a 68 the high beam indicator was on the back of the headlight shroud. The dash lights were, Gen, Neutral, Oil. On the 70 and later bikes they removed Gen and replaced it with High Beam indicator. Some one may have replaced the dash.
