Default 1979 AMF 16 spoke rear wheel fitment

Hi Guys...I am planning on putting AMF 16 spoke Mag wheels on my 1996 Roadking. The rear wheel that I just bought has a strange 3 taper roller bearing set up. One on the brake side and then two in a steel bolt on piece on the drive side. I have set the clearances and it seems fine but I have never seen this set up before...any tips ???
