Default Removing baffles on fishtails

I know this topic has been beat up, but everything I have found is always about new bikes. I have 75 shovel. true duals with 36" fishtail. I removed the baffles in the fishtails. I love the sound but it seems as I may be getting too much fuel. Does this sound right? I had a hell of time getting this bendix carb right anyhow. I would truely appreciate any advice or help. Thanks.

What do your plugs look like? Also, what are you doing for back pressure now that you removed the baffles?

FWIW DK Custom (sponsoring vendor) sells dandy little Lollipops that are cheap and easy to install. DK calls em Thunder Torque inserts. They come in 3 diameters.
