Well there were 6 different FX series for 1980, the FXS-80 Low Rider being the 2nd most in numbers produced for that year. Obviously with ther stroker kit, it is no longer s stock system. The stroker kit is a mild modification that gives ithe bike a bit more go.
Find out all you can about the history of the bike. Ask for receipts for the work done. Ask to speak to the person who did the top end build. Most bikes of that era will have had some tranny and drivetrain work done as well unless it was never ridden.
From a Kali point of view 6K is just about a max price for an FX model that is not stock, but a it varies by state and region as well. And at that asking price it should be super clean and spotless with a very nice paint job.
