Default Can I shim rear mount

Hello everyone!

I had just recently acquired a 75 ShovelHead with S&S 74cid(?) big bore stroker motor. (Of course the more I dive into this the more I find that the previous owner didn't know what he was doing and also ummm stretched the truth)
Sooo as the can of worms explodes I noticed I don't have any clearance on rear rocker cover to seat post.
What I'm tossing around in my head is can I shim rear motor mount 1/8+\~ to gain clearance and if so what am I in for? I figure I'll have to shim everything else too and don't want anymore issues or am I stuck with replacing seat post with smaller diameter DOM tubing?
Ty for all advice! 🤔🤓
Ps.... This all started with chain being loose and fender starting to rub tire! Swing arm bearings where bad and of course I'm going to have to put bushing in swing arm pivot bolt mount on right side because it's oblong! Grrrrrrr like I said can of worms!

way too little info - if its a belt drive no issue - if it has an inner primary the cracking has not started yet

pictures of that you are seeing

modding the frame is an option

checking deck height to see if you just have china jugs ( you did not say ) and machining will help

pictures and more info it sucks so type out every thing you did not add

The jugs say 80" on them... So I'm not sure yet until I tear down rear rocker and head to get more in if its an 84" stroker...

Not sure shimming would be the right way to fix that.

Assuming that the heads and jugs were aligned properly when installed, you could always notch the seat post. This was done for a trans but you get the drift.

If you don't need a lot of clearance, a torch and a ball peen hammer will give similar results...what it looks like will depend on your skill level.

That's pretty common seems more on mid seventy bikes it just depends on how things stack up, all you need is enough clearance to slip a credit card or about 1/16 inch between there, a little movement here and there when assembling a motor can make a big difference I would file the rocker box before getting into messing with frame if it is a stroker and you raise it any more you may not be able to get the rear head off without pulling the motor, to much voodoo science when you change something like that
