Hasnt ran in 15 years but was told they removed all fluids before it was put in storage.This is a numbers matching 75 FLH but the jugs look to be from 78? Engine turns over. Master cylinders had dry crusty stuff in them. Cleaned up and flushed calipers but front feels sticky. New pads. Everything looks stock, still has points but the starter and solenoid and relay were removed. Last registered in 1998.
When i slowly rotate the kick start pedal i feel a kind of bumpy clunk in the primary, like the clutch area, no i havent removed the derby but just wondering if this is normal.
Before attempting a start im going to clean out the oil tank real good and replace the oil filter and lines, and put redline 80 90 in the trans. For oil i got straight 50 harley oil and then will change it out with 20-50 kendal. Plugs look good and will check point gap.
Anything else i missed? Oh yeah and the carb is a SU, not sure if i have to rebuild or will just be lucky and it will run or not.... thinking about going with a different carb, any suggestions?

Should i put a tablespoon of oil in the plug holes or not, it does move very smooth and free. But 15 years?
