Default 1970 flh vacuum lines

I have this old shovel close to running but it dies out , all carbs that I know of have vacuum lines but I don't see on on this super e short ???

And...there should Not Be...
Onmly use for a vacuum line on that shovel is if ya have a VOES...which means you have a Much more sophisticated ignition system fitted...
So....What Ignition??

BTW; Why in the world would you change a 1970 to a Super "E"?????

Well...if it is already tuned...I guess run it...I don't. My '74-74" is just fine with a Bendix, so is my Boy's '75
I don't understand throwing Money where it is Unnecessary is all.
Don't get me wrong, I run S&S Carbs...just Not in that application...If I change out my Bendix, it will be for a CV.

Now; What Ignition??
Start with how many wires on each side of the Coil??

Ok im on it thank for your help , im a newbe to bikes im more familiar w cars . An old Shovel wasn't the best choice to start out on but I own it now so gotta figure it out .

Like I said...If it is already tuned...Run it...

Now since the "E" has a Vacuum port [Mine does anyway] what Ignition??

au contraire mon frere. That's a great bike (depending on shape and previous care) Get a shop manual and read and learn. You'll fall in love, lol.
