Volume 1
Shovelhead models year by year, engine specs, top and bottom end, gear case and camshaft, engine compression, transmissions, gear ratios and drive trains, clutches, tools fitment and specifications. Included are several "how to" sections.
Volume 2
Shovelhead specs, maintenance and troubleshooting, vibration, fuel delivery, engine lubrication, electrics, shocks, brakes, wheels and tires. This also includes "how to" sections.
For me, both are needed and helpful. There is some redundancy but he is very complete.
I cannot wait to see his Panhead book.
