Hey guys, I plugged off primary and oil pump according to popular diagram on shovel web site and now seems to build high oil pressure and blows my pressure gauges on the rocker box. also plugged off rear chain oiler port and screw. running st 50 weight. hose routing looks good? any help thanks

 

Where does the gage feed from ?

 

from top rear rocker box from external chrome line

 

on cold starts suppose to bypass some oil back to oil tank by means of relief valve. maybe that?

 

Where does the external line feed from was the question not where the gage mounts. Something sounds off or crossed.

Vent hose plugged or oil pressure relief ball stuck? The rear chain oiler should have no bearing on the pressure build up.
