Default 79 FLH kicker cover

I put on the kicker cover and now the throwout bearing lever isn't moving. Is their an adjustment on it or is their a way to put it on without the throwout bearing jammig up.Did it before didn't have a problem. Thanks for your time.

I am assuming you still have the late style wafer throw out bearing.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Place it&nbsp\\;in the cover against the release fingers with the push rod attached.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Using the pushrod as a guide place the cover on the transmission.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; I keep the fill plug out so I can check to see if everything lined up.

Thank you.I never thought about leaving the drain plug out."Keep the shiny side up rubber side down".
