I really like the mild customization on this bike. Was gonna ask about the forward controls and then saw what looks like the PM (Performance Machine) logo on the right side? If so they definitely know how to do it right.

Quick question if I may...the last pic shows the 30 amp breaker coming off the +side of the battery. What is the brass tab you have on there? Like the looks. I added the 30 amp breaker to mine (75 models were using a "fusible" wire that would melt if you ended up with a short rather than burning your whole. Somehow, the smell of melting wires just didn't register in my brain) but it would clean up better with something like you have on yours.

Yes the forward controls are PM and are very good quality. If you check the pic of the left side I kept the mid control shift linkage in place in case I wanted to revert back to the mid control set up which I do have. I actually prefer the mids but as I get more miles on ME the forwards are much more comfortable. (arthritis in the hips)

The extended bar with the lug on it next to the 30 amp breaker is a fabricated piece I made so I could hook up to the battery without removing the seat in case I wanted to check the charging system, jump start or charge the battery. It's just a piece of flat stock with a drilled and tapped piece of round stock made of brass. I have had many an all original FXE but on this one I decided to take a little creative license and personalized it to my liking. The FXE models are a very comfortable bike to ride.

Very nice old-skool custom. Don't see many running a spool hub, Bates seat, Sparto tail light and small sprung rider's seat anymore. Your bike has just what is needed...the basics.

And Single fire Iggy to Boot!! Or is it simply running the single tower Dyna coils?
