Pix of your shovels....

Wrapped the exhaust for the shovel today. I picked up a Paughco 2 into 1 for the Wide Glide and thought I would run just a fishtail tip rather than a muffler so I will use a couple of torque converters.
I am using DEI exhaust wrap 2" x 50" roll. I soaked the wrap and squeezed out any extra water. I used plastic zip ties to hold the wrap in place till the drying process is complete then I will replace with stainless steel ties at the two port ends and the starting point on the main pipe. I will use two stainless steel ties at each of these locations more for a look than necessity. I started the wrap from the back and worked forward so that the overlay wouldn't be effected by the wind once on the bike.
Here's what it looks like so far.. still drying. Before installing on bike I will use DEI's Silicone Coating spray which will protect the wrap and prolong the lifespan plus keep it looking black.

Got the pipes on...
After the exhaust wrap dried I sprayed them with a high temp silicone spray which was black, it made the wrap a lot darker. After it dried I slapped them on the bike. I'm running this bike without a muffler so to keep back pressure down I put the torque tubes in. I just added the tip right to the end pipe... looks like this..

pipes
I havnt seen any of your style pipes in black, but you can get yours powder coated, probobly cost around 200.00, or get them sandblated and use VHT ceramic coat paint about 9.00 a can.
