hey guys bought this 82 fxwg and found out I might to old to kick it (haha) anyway it has a starter but it only turns for a second or two then kicks out any ideas do i have to replace it ?

 

You, need to go over your electrical system first. Read threads at shovelhead us. that will get you started.

 

thanks KT77 for your advice took a look at the relay wiring then went and got new stuf and replaced it all now works great
