Default FLHT fuse box

I have a 1983 FLHT and have not been able to locate the fuse box. My bike has a windshield so it's not in the fairing. it's not under the seat. The right side cover has the battery and the left side cover has the master cylinder for the rear wheel and well as an electrical relay connection. Being a veteran of 30 years of Japanese bikes I am used to a fuse box for horn, signals etc. Any suggestions on where to look?.

I have the same bike. There are no fuses- circuit breakers only. They are located behind the headlight. Do you have the fairing or the headlight nacelle and windshield ? Mine has the nacelle and I removed this to get to the circuit breakers. Hope this helps.
