Shovelhead Compression Release

Shovelhead Compression Release
I have a 77 FLH and I'm looking to have compression release valves installed. I have plenty of machinists willing to do it but I cannot find any specs on hole location and angle. I have single spark plug heads and will be using one of the name brand compression release valves (probably the release valves from Jim's). Has anyone seen a good set of instructions for this? I remember seeing a step by step online with photos but can"t seem to find it for the life of me.

Starter Woes?
They'll go in the same hole as a second set of plugs, but, could I ask why you're wantin' 'em? I' know...High compression.
If your starter is acting like a ***** and isn't turning the motor over like you want it to then get a set of Accel field coils. They're an easier swap than most people think. (or kick it)
I just don't like to see needless holes drilled in obsolete parts.
