Anybody use red locktite on the nut, or is the 100ftlbs torque enough?

Never used Locktite but if so I think I would use blue and not red. Also on torque I use middle ground...b ook says 80-100 so I use 90. Never had one back off....yet.

had mine back off 2 days ago. changed the chain last year- thought I had it cranked down good. Didn't come off, but I was able to turn it no problem with a wrench. The chain rubbed against the tensioner bar. What a noise. Thought my bottom was toasted.
