Rebuild time

i use andrews the A series cams, they work fine for most, look at the 2 or 3 if you will find and read up - they have .450 lift and the newest one splits the duration with more exhaust timing to run cooler at extended high way speed < i like that one

my mechanic came back to me... checked out my motor... he said only the oil rings were out of spec. Everything else is fine
Almost all the motors I see in his shop are shovels and he's been working on them since the early 80's
If needed any machine work on the bike, he would have done it... so he sounds pretty honest to me
I guess it's good news

FINALLY got everything back together
cylinders honed and new oil rings, CV carb upgrade
Fired right up
run a couple of heat cycles (start, warm up, stop, cool down with a fan) and noticed the pressure builds in the oil cap
If I stop the bike with the oil cap off, it pukes o il from the breather hose
If i stop it without the cap (no pressure build) it does not puke
If I i put the oil cam on the tank without pressing it in, it will go up and down, blown by the pressure
Before I teared down the whole thing, I noticed the bike build some pressure in the oil tank and I could hear it "breath" from there with the cap off.
The problem shouldn't be broken rings (new). I will check the breather hoses if they are clogged (I have a Spyke breather valve installed o n the breather hose).
the only other thing I can think about is a clogged breather gear in the nose cone.
any other ideas?

OK... I need some hlp now... I tried a few things last night.
Bike is a 5 speed FXR, oil routing like an early EVO, the primary case has a hose inside to oil the chain
My configuration looks like the image attached:
I tried a few things in the T intersection: 1 hose is the oil tank breather, one goes to the primary to oil the chain, one goes to the top fitting in the crank case (but I don't know what it does
I disconnecte the tank vent at the T, no pressure build up in the tank
I disconnected the crank case hose at the T, no pressure buildup in the tank
that hose from the crankcase blow air at the same "rythm" as the motor, so when all the hoses are conncted, that blows int the oil tank
Anothe weird thing is that the primary cas had almost no oil inside... usually when the primary cover come off some oil flows out... but this time nothing.
I removed the inner hose in the primary, wich was not clogged, but same thing, pressure build up in the tank.
So, is the top crankcase fitting supposed to blow? what crankcase fitting is "connected" to the timing breather gear inside the cone?
thanks!

hoses are exactly like the picture
IF there was any error, it would be the oil tank vent and the oil tank return that are swapped, but I left the tubes in place when took the bike apart
Attached are picture sof the plastic gear and where it goes in the case.
I have 2 S&S steel breather gear, one old style (round hole) and one new type (elongated hole) but just one shim, not the kit.
