For some reason my carb recently starts puking gas out all over once and a while when she's cold and you go to start her...put a new float needle in and same thing...everything is clean and set but I noticed about the 4th time I took it apart the float needle seemed a little jammed....got her working again but just don't want it to keep happening, - CV is about a 96 to 2000 40 mm Kehien, anybody have this problem and found out why I'd love to hear about it. Carb has been trouble free for a couple of years and bike gets regular use, can't seem to solve the problem. Got another carb body in my stash, might try swapping everything over to that one, but really would like to find out why this keeps happening.
