It helped my dad, I wear glasses and never had any buffeting. My lack of buffeting could have been a height difference between myself and my dad, he is shorter than I am.

Default Lift and back ?

Does the tank lift both lift and pull towards seat. I don't see much clearance between the console with ignition switch and tank now. Raising the tank seems like it would be very close the the ignition switch plastic console?

I would like 1.5 or 2 lift ?

Default Tank adjusts

You can move the tank back to clear easily, if you have changed to Yaffe bagger bars it seems there is a problem how they sweep back before starting up contacts tank unless push forward as far as possible. I have no clearance problems at all on my "09" keep warm 22 degrees here fearless

I got the lifts from our forum sponser, Kevin @ DK Customs.

Ice any photos from 5-10 feet away?
I'm trying to get a look at the bike from a distance to see a bagger with tank lifted from the front to see if I can tell and appreciate the look. I just can't tell from the close ups. I like the concept though.....

Default should not be a problem

Pardon me for tossing my .02 in, but I installed the 2" lift from DK, with the deluxe option (lifts the rear of the tank about 1/2" and allows front to rear adjustment) on my '14 TG. Looks great and allows me to keep the rocker boxes cleaner! No issues with clearance using the stock bars.

I did the two inch lift (could only do the front). I liked the look, but on an older bike with a split tank there were issues. Seat, bars and controls were not the problem. I had to remove it. I'm sure others had no problem.

You can adjust the bars a bit if needed, but you can also move the tank rearwards a bit. Mine have the Harley pull backs & 2" lift plus 1/2" rear:
