I've got a set of stock Super Glide headers, which are the same as Street Bob. They're off an '09 though, which I believe have different sized O2 sensor bungs than a '12. Shoot me a PM if you want 'em.

I have a pair of late model street bob headers that have been haunting my garage. They have the 12mm size O2 bungs.

thanks, i'm looking. i used 2010 street bob headers last time and they have the same o2 sensor listed (27683-07). so i might be able to get away with it. the part numbers are different for the headers though. yours are 65440-06 & 65631-06 vs the 10 bob's 65631-10 & 65825-10. something changed not sure what. doi you have the shields or are you using them currently?

You're exactly right; the size of the O2 sensor bung was changed from 18mm to 12mm in '12 across the Dyna line. cvaria can pick up some 18mm to 12mm bung adapters rather inexpensively which would let him use the exhaust from your '09...
