Keeping your twin cam or moving up to a m8?
What on your short list?
PreRushmore, Rushmore Twin cam Touring bike owners, are you trading in your ride for the new M8?
In my neck of the woods, two local different Dealers said (last week) they are getting more tire kickers then actual buyers. Of course, I'm sure that will change within time.
Or are you guys going to add to the stable with a new M8 and keep your old ride?
As for me, I have ALWAYS said that my 2009 FLTRSE3 is a keeper for life, not to mention my motor up grade last winter.
My Rig just keeps putting a smile everytime I pass by it and look at it, let alone take her out to stretch her legs!!!!

Update. Test rode a M8 Limited in Ocala last week.
Pros: The bike is fast. Handles nice.
Idles slower and smoother.
Transmission kicks down to first gear quietly, shifts nice and smooth.
Navigation screen is real nice, first impression seems to work good, zooms in and out.
The brakes worked real nice, linked brakes system worked like advertised.
Wheels are real nice. Painted inner faring.
Cons: Feels like a Honda, each newer model gets more like the Japanese bikes.
Stock windshield is too low, wind hit me right in the sunglasses. That silly air vent didn't make any difference.

Keeping my 14 Road King, no need for a new one yet and it will most likely be an M8 Road King when it is time.
I also feel better having the 14 RK for now, awesome bike, as this will give a couple years time for Harley to get the bugs out of the M8. Hopefully it will prove to be as good as the tried and true 103 HO in the 14 to 16 Rushmore bikes.

I have an 09 Shark that burned oil from day one (qt per 1500 mi)....couple trips to the dealer and they finally pulled the top end apart and replaced head gaskets claiming that would fix it....it didn't....Last year I pulled it apart myself and took the jugs to a machinist who told me the front jug was out of round.....so I had it bored to a 103.....tuned it myself with the TTS.....it runs great and doesn't burn a drop of oil....and riding it still puts a major smile on my face.....I have no plans to run out and buy an M8 for some minor improvements and potentially go through the above amelioration process again.....these bikes are mass produced and the process isn't perfect.....$hit happens...... I just sent my seat to MCC for memory foam mod for rider and passenger....I plan on riding this baby for a few more years....only got 22k on the odo....I don't need an infotainment system....heck at 60 I can't even see the freaking thing.....tach and speedo is all I need.....for me it's about the wind and a good running bike.... New bikes tend to have issues......maybe when this one wears out I will own an M 8
