Default Replacing the 19 inch front wheel with a 16

hi all. Since mounting the sidecar on the 14 SGS I have become super aware of how hard that lo pro 19" tire is. I would love to swap it out for a 16x3 wheel. That would also open up tire choices, as in double dark

So I guess the question is: is it possible? Simply swap wheels? I am assuming the Enforcer stock came in a 16x3, yes? Anybody wanna trade

You could use the impeller 17" in the front with no issues but not 16"

The '14 Road King with spokes are 16", why would that not fit the SGS?

I'm looking at the Tri Glide front wheel. They're the same front forks, yes?

I have no idea, but I can tell you your on the right track. I ran an 18" mag on the front of my road king for awhile and The 16" spokes soften up the bumps much better with all that sidewall and wheel flex. good luck in your quest.

Default 17"

A 17" wheel has the best rubber available. Look and you will find what you need for your application. Best to make sure you can use a tire that offers both front & rear with the same type of tire.

Dark side front and rear? Well I guess with a sidecar you never really Len the bike in a turn anyway.

I use 17 off a ultra on my street glide most off the time. it rides so much smoother than the 19.

darkside all round. No more leaning for me. And the 17 inch is looking pretty good. Tire selection is good. The wheel is expensive but so is everything else.
