Local Chapter VS Dealer

Local Chapter VS Dealer
Our sponsoring dealer has hired a new GM that is making some demands we are trying to figure out if we are supposed to support. I know from HOT training the primary reason for the HOG chapter is to encourage riding.
Our dealer before we were in the board positions expected the chapter to support everything they did by cooking, fund raising etc. When we took over we backed out of a lot of that.
The new GM has now told us we need to move our meeting from Tuesday evening to Saturday morning. He also informed us that we (HOG chapter) will be present at least once a month to support an activity by cooking, pushing Harley, etc. He then gave example on how he canned directors from his former dealership.
Anyone got some feedback on how to handle this???? We are a small group (75) with about 15 regulars for support activities.

Local dealer here uses little league, boy scouts, etc. to "man the stations" at events. The dealer provides all the food, the charities set out tip jars & keep the proceeds.
Sounds like your dealer needs a tune up.
