Wife made me do it.
Been riding solo for years but this week the wife decided she wanted to start riding with me. Took her into the Harley shop to let her see what was availabe and within an hour the 2008 Fat Bob turned into a 2017 Ultra.
2017 Ultra

Man you got to stop letting your wife boss you around like that. Ha Ha. Congrats on the new ride. Way to listen to the boss.

I was shocked at how well the cruisers drive. As big as they are, it feels smaller than my fat bob.

Same here back in '02. If I suggest a ride, she'll beat me to the bike.

Part of me says "my wife stole my hobby". Other part says "at least I don't get yelled at when I ride".

Congrats! These touring bikes are actually quite nimble, and a joy to ride, two up or solo.

Shockingly nimble. I've ridden a lot of Harleys from Fat Bobs/boys to low riders to street glides, etc. This big *** bike is more nimble than most of those.

That is the same conclusion I came to on my Road Glide Ultra after many years on Wide Glides. Congrats on the new Bike
