Default 2011 Road glide blow by

so i have a buddy that has a 2011 road glide that is having blow by issues and is getting a lot of oil in the air cleaner. At first i thought he had a lil to much oil in it, like most do when i have seen this but, this is not the case. Doesn't smoke or anything he is just getting a lot of oil blow by. Thoughts??

could be wear in the motor- miles?

a compression leak down test can help determine if it is wear.

but worn piston rings are likely to smoke white on acceleration

Honcho,
Welcome to the Forum. Oil level is often the culprit, I keep mine halfway between add and full. You could also look at the Breathers:

A dirty or clogged air breather will result in excess oil being pulled from the heads as well.

I would check the umbrella valve . This happened to me and the rubber valve was brittle and cracked. This caused the valve not to seat and seal .

I had the same issue with my '11. On the next oil change I put about 1/4 of a quart less in the engine, and that solved the problem ....
