Default So how screwed am I here?

Fuel line out of the tank.. The nipple at the other end seems to have snapped off in the hose.

Is this easy to fix or am I screwed?

What are you working on? It looks like a fuel crossover line under the tank that's seperated not directly out of the tank.

The main fuel line with the quick disconnect... The other end of that hose is what snapped

What year is the bike/engine? It looks like the fuel supply line tee to the injectors? If that's what snapped depending on the year, yeah you may be able to just replace the tee.

Your best bet at this point if you can is to pull the fuel tank. You'll have a much better view of what your up against. Just looking at the 07 service manual is the same as you posted. Looks like the fuel supply tube to fuel rail connection has snapped. You should be able to replace it.

Listed in his sig, a 2007 Wide Glide.

Looks like what broke is contained in #7 which has a list price of $115.49. (not available separately)

$106.00 at Boardtracker HD Online: http://www.boardtrackerharleyonline....t-efi-27651-06

Nothing listed on Ebay I could find for used.

BUT, there are a lot of very knowledgeable people here. My guess is one of them knows a fix for much less.

Check with your dealer. Sometimes they have a parts breakdown on the kits and they can get the individual parts. I've had luck with that in the past.

If no luck there, you may need to remove the retaining clip that holds the fuel tube and see what shape the fuel tube is in. (Looks like it might be plastic.) Maybe you can fab a new tube. (Aluminum ?)

easy fix, thats a plastic connector that clips onto the back of the injector line going into the injector. if you push down on that tab on top of the connector and pull it will come off, you should be able to replace it with one from your local auto parts store its a Ray 7.89 connector 5/16 in size heres some on ebay for you
