Default How do you ride?

Over the years I've been on numerous bike runs. The MRS however refuses to ride with me since our accident way back in '74. It's a mixed blessing. Sometimes a guy just wants some "me" time with his bike, and that's fine. But sometimes one might like to have a female "biker buddy" on bike runs. What say you?

My wife rides her own, best riding partner you could find.

I much prefer having my Mrs with me. And her participation opens up riding possibilities, such as longer trips, that wouldn't be possible if I was leaving her at home.

I have the Mrs full support but it's not her thing. Doesn't mean I have to ride alone though. Lots of great riders in my area and we get together occasionally.

I ride solo, mostly for my 100 mile round trip commute. Mrs. Brewmany accompanies me as often as possible, definitely for long rides and overnight trips. She is an awsome passenger- never fidgets around at the wrong times, and never is a nervous Nelly, even when we've had a couple close calls. Way more fun when she's along for the ride.

Solo

If the girlfriend comes, the wife gets mad, and vise versa

What say me? Most of the time I ride with my wife on the back, since she likes riding more than I ever expected that she would. If she's at work, I seldom ride but if I do, it's a short ride, like 50 miles out. And I don't ride with anyone because I don't personally know anyone in this town that rides...other than a guy down the streets and a Bandido that lives here.

Mine doesn't ride but she hasn't complained when I take someone else so I say go for it. My Uncle told me when he sold me my bike "If she doesn't want to ride, F#$& her another one will."

Solo - there is no Mrs. or even GF.

Have nothing against riding with one but when I ride - I'm gone for at least 100 miles so let's ride, not put 15 miles and sit at the bar for 4 hours and come back.
