150/80-16 front tire PICS
Hey everybody, haven't posted in a while so I thought I'd show off my new rind. This is the stock mid-glide front end, has about 2/10's clearance on either side. I haven't ridden with it much yet, but doesn't really feel any different than the 130/90-16 I had previously. Looks a little better in my opinion though.

You guys will like the 7" headlight. Fyi, I made my own mounting block. The stock one was too low and too far forward. I'm running the trucklite phase 7, like it a lot except for how it sticks out past the bezel. I recently installed a $65 "daymaker" from Amazon on a friend's Road King an my initial impressions are very very good. My friend loves it. I personally haven't had a chance to ride with it though.
The front tire is a Metzeler 888. The front wheel is a 16x3 hoop laced to the stock Street Bob mid-glide hub. The rear wheel is a 16x5 hoop laced to the stock hub. The rear tire is a 180/65-16 Metzeler 888.

I have a set of Softail Slim wheels and been collecting parts here and there. I'm going to put something similar together when I find another 07 up dyna for a decent price. I lace the rear dyna hub to the rear and adapt an FL front end to the dyna. Nice to know a 150 will work. Love the steam roller look.
