So I have been without a bike for myself for a year, told my wife to trade it in and get a bike she wanted since I was working overseas. I have been talking to our local dealer, great guys btw, about my bike. Was switching back and forth from a Street Glide to a Slim. I was able to test ride both in April and made the decision to get the Slim. Since then I have been looking at parts to get the bike the way I want it. I put my down payment on my bike last month and will be picking it up in Oct when I return from Afg. I got about 3 weeks but this waiting game is killing me.

I've just (a few weeks ago) ordered my 2015 Breakout. But due to working away I'm not collecting until March!

I suspect there will be a big pile of mail order parts waiting to get on the bike when it arrives.

At least you can't buy too much in 3 weeks. Or can you..........

 

I bet the wait sucks. But at the same time I bet it's a great feeling to know what you're coming home to.

Thanks guys. I plan on picking up my Slim shortly after returning and will post pics when I pick it up. I ordered the Radioactive Green and am blacking out everything else.
