Thanks Laid. This cold is kicking my ***. So I haven't been able to work on it the last two days. I don't know what I'm gonna do about this axle. HHI is taking forever !!

Wish there was another place I could get an axle from.

Here is what the rear wheel looks like with the pulley. It's close to looking too busy no?

Here is a shot I took in my garage with the rear wheel on and the front one mocked up. Been trying to post this pic for the last two days lol.

I think these wheels are gonna look bad *** when the bike is going down the road cause of the contrast between the machined spokes and the black rims.

One more of the brake rotor side of the rear wheel. Wish my stupid garage was bigger, I literally have to stand outside so I can get a full shot of the bike haha.

If anyone knows a place other than HHI where I can get a front axle let me know. Or a different approach I can take. I could buy a breakout lower/left fork slider ($400+) and use a breakout axle but I'm trying to not spend that much dough.

I now have everything I need to put it back together except the damn axle.

PS. I had Forgotten how much fun, relaxing and rewarding it is to do your own work !! (As long as you don't run into major issues lololol).

Looking good man, can't wait to see the finished product. Think the guys are right though, a different cut on the chopped fender would give it a better look. You have a sweet ride, and those wheels are gonna top it off.

Wheels look awesome. Pulley is too much to me, but to each their own. Also, I would paint the centers of the rotors with some high temp black.

Let me see what it looks like when I finish this project. I'm gonna adress the fender issue this winter. Just gonna try and trim the edge a little and repaint it. Hopefully thatll do the trick.
Not looking forward to spending any more dough for a while. Lololol.
