i've actually never had this problem.. as a matter of fact, i actually let the wind blow on my legs just to keep the kibbles and bits cool..especially in the summer

I am a big fella 6'2"and 300 pounds. I know what you're talking about man. It happens if You are wearing loose fitting pants. If you wear some jeans that don't have a lot of slack in them that will get rid of the problem.
