Just wanted to check in and let you guys know I went with the Performance Machine Contour pegs. Got a nice deal on a pair as-new. They are so thin (but strong.) Even my most chunky boots fit underneath them just fine. With no damage to them, which was a plus. And I didn't have to increase the throw, I guess you call it, in a way that I didn't like.

They look good on my Slimmy, but this is the stock pic I have right now.

the clutch pedal from LaBroila might fit your needs. It's strong and thin. It'd fit right on, about a 1 minute mod. You wouldn't need the whole clutch pedal, as it's the black part in the picture as well.
