Question Headlight issues (help)

My headlight no longer works(high or low) and was wondering if anybody had any ideas on what they think the issue is.

I broke out my multimeter and pulled the headlight out to check if I am getting any power to the bulb and nope. No power going to it in hi or low beam. Then I lifted the gas tank and checked if I got any power from the harness connector. The harness has 4 wires, white(high), yellow(low) black(GRND) & o/w for position lamp or tip lamp. So I plugged the multimeter in and I am not getting any power to the high or low beam, but I am getting power to the lamp. So yes the easy fix, but not the right one, is to just move the low beam plug over to the lamp plug and my headlight will work.

tl;dr
headlight wont work only getting power to the lamp wire(orange/white) at the harness under the tank.

Any ideas on what I can check next

If your not getting any power to the bulb, maybe you should check the fuses/ground.

I have a RTB controller on my bike for the rear lights, and recently lost the R/B function, but the turn signals still worked. Thought it couldn't be the fuses because the 1 of the 3 functions still worked; turns out that's exactly what it was.

Check the simple stuff first.
