So I ordered the drag specialties bar which is installed - then I try to mock the spots and bingo there's a problem. The flange that comes with it just rolls of the side. What can I do to mount these so I don't have to send them back?
From what I can tell by the pics, looks like you could make or get a flat washer the same OD or a little bigger than the loose flange and use it between the flange and light bar.Good luck.

My thoughts exactly. Hit Home Depot tomorrow and look around. If not I have to exchange them and they look good so I am hoping not to do that

Put the washer on top of the mounting tab, and then bolt the light through the washer. So... light, flange, washer, lightbar mounting tab.
Yea,, I read the book about Steve Jobs & Steve said in the book that early on back in the day that a lot of his ground breaking ideas that he came up with on electronics & computers came to him while he was doing LSD . Good looking job you did .
