Our local Honda dealer has had an 08 with 5K miles and very low price on the floor for at least 2 years with the SE110 motor. I have been so tempted but all that God awful gray color is every where and it would have to go. Not sure I really want to tackle that project currently. These bikes have always caught my eye as long as the passenger seat is not installed.
That gray does grow on you eventually, especially with the right paint colors. And I bet a Rocker with a 110, will make you forget all about everything for at least a little while
It's not too hard to paint a motor. I have the Rocker with all the grey (I was told they call it "blonde") and my local powder shop said they would do most of the bike including dis/assembly for about 1K. To paint the motor and grind the edges for a billet look I've gotten quotes anywhere between 2 and 4 hundred. then you're just left with some tranny pieces and rear fender modification, maybe some bars and you're set. I'm not too big on chrome so I went this route with the intention of modification. I saved roughly 5K rocker vs rocker C and will use the difference to mod.
Honestly I've only seen a couple Standard Rockers around on the streets, and all were mostly stock. But I know that gray looks good with light colors, and some blackened chrome. In my opinion anyways
I recall a really good amount of forum information on the Rocker back when I had my first one in '09. I don't know what happened to that forum but I got a LOT of information from it. This one is OK too. There just aren't that many Rockers out there I guess...
Who makes those rims and what is the diameter of the front wheel?
Something tells me you might be a one post wonder, but it looks to me to be a 21" wheel, looks to be the same size I have on mine. But it might be a 23" maybe. No idea on the brand though.
Any one have a 100/90-19 front tyre on a Rocker C?
I'm struggling to find a stock replacement 90/90-19 (I'm in New Zealand), I wonder if the 100 will fit and what impact it will have on the ride.

It will handle slightly better, and be less likely to wander.
