getting a good deal on a fuelpak from a forum member, and am not sure if I should remove my xied's or keep them with the fuelpack

and do you all think the fuelpack is about the same as the xied's or better?

If it is a used FP3, its already married to a bike if it is used...you will not be able to use it.

Do yourself a favor and rather than weed through all of the opinions you're going to get, go to their website. I think it's Nightrider. You can use the FuelPak and the XiED in tandem because they compliment each other by enhancing separate areas of the rpm/power curve. They work great in tandem. I have both on my bike.

The previous post mentions the FP3 and I have no experience with that, so the comment may be true. I'm speaking about the original V&H FuelPak.

I ran both together ( XIED & Fuelpack ) on my 07 Heritage with S/E A.C. And Thunderheader with very good results. I think you will be happy with the combo. Hope this helps.

FP3 is not made for an 07 Delphi system.

Fuel Pak can work with the XIED or by itself. I had just the Fuel Pak on my 07 Bob.

You can contact V & H from fuelpakfi.com and ask for an updated map with all of your goodies attached and the XIEDs. You can also ask them if it will work better either way.

And Yes, part of the FP3 installation marries it to the bike.
