By this time next year if I'm able to finish what I have planned, I'll be somewhere between 25-50% of the cost of my Fat Lo. Does that make me crazy? I'm pushing 25% already and it's not even a year old!

I bought my bike with the mods already done. The dealership told me the previous owner had put $10K in upgrades. I've identified many of the mods and come up with about $8K so I believe what he told me. I paid $14K for the bike. It's a 2008 Rocker C and had 6,000 miles on it. I feel like I got a screaming deal.

So far I've added a Danny Gray seat and have plans for more mods.

9500CAD$ in 2008 with 27K kilometers, spent 7000CAD$ (Paint, shotgun, front triple tree, powder coated rims, floorboards, bars (multiple times)) . and now sits with 94K Kilometers, next summer could be the 100K summer

I picked up my 08 Heritage Classic for 8K a little over a year ago. It only had 19K on the clock. I got a smokin deal on it. Since then, I have put about $2450 into the bike which includes: Seat, pipes, stage one kit, SuperTuner, Dyno Tuned, white walls/tubes, replacement windshield and a few other miscellaneous items. I have no plans to invest further other than maintenance items. I do my own work (except the dyno tune) so labor is not counted.

Bike runs and rides great! I like the bike just the way it is!

CAD$7000 for my 100th Anniversary (03) Softail Standard with 45,000 km on it. Immediately in for a chrome kit and a tensioner while they were in there, plus sissy bars, chrome forks, lots of 100th Anniversary caps and parts (hard to find in 2013 when I bought the bike), and shotgun shocks. All of that was probably another $8000 all in.

As much as I loved 'er when I first laid eyes, she's a real looker now... and mine!

Paid around $17K out the door on my 2010. Add ons are around $7K. Bought most of it on Ebay saving me a ton of money. Bags, exhaust, and engine mods were the biggest expense. I love it and only want a few small things now. Plan on keeping it till I can't ride anymore.

Paid $13,600 for my 2008 NT in June 2013 and it had a few upgrades at the time - Total for the add-ons $5,500 so my NT has cost me around $19,100 incl. the purchase price.
