Default Breakout w/ SE Pro Race Stage 4 ... need more Power!!!

Finally got my Breakout w/ SE Pro Race Stage 4 on the dyno the other day for a proper dial in tune and the numbers are disappointing.

Stage 4 Kit # 25000010 installed
SE-259E cams
58mm TB
SE Ported CNC Heads (1.875" inlet / 1.575" exhaust)
4.9 injectors
3-7/8" forged pistons high-comp 10.5:1

Need / Want to chase bigger numbers as I know that the Breakout's are notorious for a lack of power.

Thinking about the following upgrades:
high-comp pistons 11.1:1
SE MVA heads
6.2 injectors

This is early days so I haven't done any detailed research so hence that's way I'm calling it out for some real world advice.

Cheers

There was a very detailed stage 4 thread on a breakout by Jim G. After a proper tune i think his numbers improved. What was disappointing, overall numbers? Hows the butt dyno?

looks to me the valve choice in those heads are rather small .... 2.150" in / 1.650"ex stg V (TC stock castings) 58mm tb intake.... you have the stock crank 4 3/8" ? .....the magic number is 4 5/8 stroke ..... coupled with a higher lift cams ....2-1 pipe....this should net you in the 175-180 rwhp zone .,,,,,,BUT......not with those std bore pistons .

for a power hungry guy I think you should just wait till the street legal Kawasaki H2 comes out. a lot of us used to ride sport bikes and money and head ache to make a Harley keep up with the modern day liter bikes on the highway is expensive.

Yeah....what are they? Kinda hard to make an educated suggestion without knowing where the numbers are now. For all we know you are getting 120 HP and TQ numbers and we'd be wondering what the hell is wrong with that!

96 HP + 67 TQ

Standard crank

If I need to I'll change the barrels & pistons and grind out the crankcase to increase displacement

5 passes on the dyno netted me an extra 11 HP ... the bike rides much better but I know it can do a whole lot more
