Thanks for the info and pics FLS103. I will do some measuring but your cable dimensions helped me out big time! The clearance issue I'm having in the chrome cover over the center stem bolt. If you sit in the bike and look at the center of the bars, how close are yours to that center cover? I wish I was at the house so I could get a picture.

I can see a very thin strip of light between the cover and the bar. Very minimal clearance but does not touch.

I think I will just double stack my top bushing washers and see what that gets me. Thanks again for all the info and help! I will post an update on how it turns out.

I doubled the top washers but still didnt have enough clearance. I ended up cutting about 1/8" off the bottom of the cover to make it go down further and that got it. I went 10 over on the throttle and brake line and 8 over on teh clutch cable. I extended my own signal wires. This is a slow going process for some reason.

How long does it normally take to hear from Namz after placing an order? Maybe the holidays have everyone behind or something?

My local dealer to my surprise had these in stock about $30. If Namz doesn't get back to you in time. These are the same kits used on their fat apes so with what's under the tank their should be plenty of wire.

Finally got them done! Bike rides awesome now. I used your dimensions for magnum cables FLS103 and they were perfect! I opted to ditch the idle cable just cause I'm not a fan of too much safety and it was less clutter on the bars. I'm going to pull them back a little bit and readjust my hand controls but other than that everything is perfect! Thanks again FLS103!
