so I finally got her back last week, and we are riding around like two teenagers in love. My final take on shadetree is this, there stuff is really cool, and the price point is low. That's the good. the bad is that none of it is bolt on ready(except for the floor boards), the fender required tremendous amount of work to be ready to use(it was cut unevenly, flimsy in the middle at the weld and holes weren't in the right place) the handlebars were thin metal and weren't set up at all for running internal wires even though i told them i was doing so, paint job on bars and sissy bar was horrible, i ordered exhaust with baffles and they didn't come with any, place for o2 sensor was in wrong spot. Luckily I had a great guy at a great shop, performance cycle and auto who just rolled with it and fixed everything so it would work, but he insisted I return the bars for safety reasons.
To their credit they took the bars back and gave me full refund, they gave me a discount on my order and threw in a free headlight. They were always responsive. So bottom line is if your shop can work with the stuff they send out or if you can I would buy something from them again, but get it as unfinished as possible, the fewer holes they drill or paint they spray the better. It's really too bad because i wanted so bad to give them a glowing review, I am a young family man also and I know how hard it can be to make it. He may be in over his head, may not care, or may not have the equipment to produce quality parts that line up well but whatever the case may be that was my experience.

Scoot looks great man! Glad you had the time, money and skills to get that kit working for you!

Side note - that solo bag really ties it together!
