So I ordered pipes from a vendor and they told me their are on backorder which I knew already. I called Samson before I ordered and they claimed they have sped up their turn around times. I have heard stories of people waiting 5 months. I am praying that won't be my story. How long have you waited?

IMO, the 'star' thing is petty. Does it really stick out that bad? I would rather have the star and one piece heat shields than no star and an ugly seam. Buddy of mine has Python duals and every time I look at his ride that is the first thing I notice, the seam in the heat shields. I am planing to swap my 32's out for 36's in the near future.
Trolling, trashing, and threatening to sues Samsone with no substantial evidence to back up his claims and then stating he will make and sale fishtail pipes like the ones samson makes is high suspicious and regardless done in poor taste.
