Why hasn't Samson chimed in on this thread? I've seen them respond to many threads with the same issue. poor customer service won't win you a lot of business. But hey, maybe they have enough business and don't need yours. It seems there are too many companies that are oblivious to customer service.
No need to chime in. I was refunded and that's that. I will never deal with a situation like that again. If you choose to then I hope you are ok with waiting a long time and dealing with a whole lot of run around. Keep that carrot out my face
