Just do subtle changes slowly. A little here, a little there. The wife won't notice little changes.
Mine thinks I live in the garage, 75,000 btu gas furnace, TV, internet, beer fridge, 60 gal compressor, 220v service, just like Disney Land... The Happiest Place on Earth!
And like the "Happiest place on earth" it costs you an arm and a leg to go there i.e. working on the mods on your bike.....

Funny you should mention that, this has been my M.O. Since I got my bike lol. Needless to say, the wife just doesn't see why the bike NEEDS the upgrades like I do sooooooo, I just do them nice and slow like Yesterday she got home from visiting her Aunt and said, "is that a new AC".... "Nooo honey, that's old" hahahaha
I need the happiest place on earth too but last time I tried that, turned out it was just Michael Jackson with a monkey offering free Ferris wheel rides! Ewwwww
Man! Am I relieved! I thought it was just me. New bike with ~200 miles and I'm already scheming what's next.
Hanging around this place will do that to you. I was so happy with my bike, maybe some bags and an engine guard, until I found this website. 3 years later and I'm still working on it.
Well I'm done! I just bought the new Gen2 JW Speaker headlight...and now I'm done.....honest.....what else could I possibly need.....maybe shocks....but that's it.......honest....
