Are you 100% sure about that?? Other guys have told me the big radius 2-1 will definitely scrape on a fatboy, one guy has posted that he has ground right through his heat shield.

I have almost completely folded the floorboard up on a corner (borderline hitting floorboard bracket) and did not touch the pipe to the ground. Maybe if you had a shotgun shock and were riding it slammed. I am stock height, no issues

Yes...I second that. Unless you're riding slammed, you're on your way to the pavement with your floorboard all the way up before you scrape the pipe.
