Sharp looking bike. Sounds like you got a good deal.

 

Although I've always been partial to dual exhaust, those D&D 2 - 1's are pretty sharp. Sweet ride!

 

I'm all for both style AND function, and while I also think that the bulk of 2-2 exhaust systems look better than most 2-1s (been on the prowl for a good looking AND functioning 2-1 myself), telling somebody that their ride or mod looks bad/ugly is just plain obnoxious. The OPs bike is FAR from ugly or bad looking. On the contrary, I think it looks great and I also think he chose his muffler well (he could have done far worse). Not even comparable to that eyesore you posted, but as long as the owner is happy with it, that's all that matters, right? I am personally much more for individualism than for following the crowd...
