At least three different options for Rear Axle (Nut) Covers for BO come to my mind.
Tried all three to find the cleanest one actually and now installing #3
1) Heartland
2) HD Bar & Shield Covers p.n. 44345-09
3) HD Billet Rear Axle Nut Covers (chrome) p.n. 43000051 or (gloss black) p.n. 43000052. These are the cleanest ones, imho, and more similar to CVO ones. One of the latest additions to HD Parts Catalog about a couple of months ago.
Hope you find something you might like.

Topdownproducts.com. Hands down, quality product great service. I have front and rear covers on mine. They have other styles to fit the look of your bike.
