Well, my taller sissy bar from Ginz Choppers arrived today! I like it! I installed it in the original HD side plates, took a few pictures, and then went for a ride - Hey, it's 70 degrees here and it ain't gonna last! So here are pictures of the 24" sissy bar they fab'd for me...

The easiest way would be to buy a custom seat that already has that option. Otherwise you'd be talking maybe close to 700 for a custom detachable frame. I thought about how to use the existing HD mounting points and how an adjustable (front to rear) driver backrest would mount and came up with an idea, but it would involve custom fab'd side plates and a custom backrest bar. That's a lot of fab'ing but it would work if someone wanted to work out the dimensions. Right now it's just a scribble on a Post-it pad.

Furry, the bike looks awesome! Stone cliff I had went to Corbin and bought the 2up with detachable rest in 2013. The wife is very happy with it. The seat feels like A bucket , as you sit "in" it. I was fortunate, as I actually road the bike to hollister and the wife and I were able to do a few test and shape fittings, with rides after each around the Corbin headquarters prior to covering it. Took around 3 to 4 hours to do the seat.
