Default It's been Two years since I "finished"...

Two years ago last week I posted that I was finished with crossing my Heritage with a Deluxe.

You can see that thread here-

https://www.hdforums.com/forum/softa...thank-you.html

In the last two years I've done a few little things, but mostly just been riding it.

Unlike many bikes I've had, this one is even more fun now than when it was "new" to me.

I ride it year round, both for "getting away" and for daily transportation.

Whether it's grinding the floorboards in the twistys....

Loaded up for a 2500 mile trip.....

Riding with friends, 6 States away from home....

Or a putt on local country roads with friends....

This Heritage "Deluxe" is one of my favorite bikes of all time.

I've always liked your bike, Kevin.... even though it's a hybrid, of course. Such a great color.

I pull the windshield off during the summer.

Here's a pic of the only time I pulled the bags off. I know it would look great with the windshield pulled, bags pulled and rear bag guards pulled. But I use the bags almost everytime when going to the shop, or on an appointment.

They are the stock Heritage bars with the stock risers, but I did install some 1.5" riser extensions to get them up a little taller.

Kevin, I don't see your external breather in any of these pics. Why did you take it off?

I've always liked the looks of leather bags, wonder if they'd look weird on an old shark nose Tour Glide...

Certain bikes just look awesome with two tone paint. Your Heritage is one of them.
