I have a 2004 fatboy, was looking to see if I can swap the front and rear fenders for a deluxe or heritage fenders. Has anyone done this before? Any issues you ran into? Was everything an easy swap or did it require some modifications? Before and after pics would be nice and any issues you guys know of. Im looking to hopefully have it done by the end of the year. Thanks in advance.

 

Front end is the same will bolt right on, pretty sure the rear is the same, just different lights and how the bolt on.

 

I installed a 2006 Heritage rear fender on my 92 Springer Softail. I put the front 2 bolts in and it lined up in 3 of the 5 holes, I drilled the other 2 holes. You probably wont have to drill holes in yours I also installed a 2006-up Deluxe seat on my bike with no problems


I also welded everything up to make a smooth fender
